this is the mouth of the famous Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, or famously called the underground river. Deep cavern with rugged limestone and marble cliffs of Mt. St Paul flows the Underground River. It is the special featured of the Park. Known as one of the world’s wonders, it is a river inside the cave running 8 kms in length. Outside the river’s mouth is a beautiful lagoon that teem with fish.
TRAVEL TIME/ MODE OF TRANSPORTATION - Three (3) hours passing Bgy Cabayugan to Sabang, then ten to fifteen (10-15) minutes pumpboat ride from Sabang to Underground River, or one to one and a half (1-1 ½) hours hike passing through the monkey trail.
